The above rates include design and proofing of the ad. We accept cash, checks (personal or business) and major credit card. Sorry, no billing! All ads have to be prepaid in full when signing up and before designing and proofing the ads. Exclusivity, if and when available, can be granted when an advertiser places and prepays for a full page ad.
